Suyash Book Gallery specializes in selling physical copies of Marathi books online. We do not sell e-books, PDFs, or digital content. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3. Stock Availability
- The availability of books depends on current stock levels.
- You will be notified if a selected book is out of stock after placing an order.
- All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
4. Pricing Policy
- Prices may vary based on the edition of the book.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The price applicable at the time of order confirmation will be charged.
5. Payment Methods
- Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
- We accept all major Indian payment options including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, and other digital wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All payments are processed securely through Easebuzz Payment Gateway (https://easebuzz.in/).
- We do not store your payment information on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Free home delivery on orders above Rs. 1000.
- Maharashtra: Standard delivery within 4-5 working days.
- Outside Maharashtra: Standard delivery within 8-10 working days.
- Delivery time may vary based on location and product availability.
- Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- We will provide tracking information once the order is shipped.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
- No returns accepted for books in normal condition.
- Returns/replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
- Books damaged during shipping
- Printing defects issues
- Wrong book delivered
- Such issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Refund processing may take 5-7 business days after approval of valid claims.
- Return shipping costs for valid claims will be borne by Suyash Book Gallery.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless the book is out of stock.
- Books once sold cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Cancellation is only possible if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.
- In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you and process a full refund within 5-7 business days.
9. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
