परशुधारी परशुराम - Parshudhari Parshuram परशुधारी परशुराम (Parshudhari Parshuram) is a Marathi book written by Sudhakar Shukla and published by Mehta Publishing House. The book is about the life of the Hindu god Parshuram, who is said to have been an incarnation of Vishnu. The book begins with a description of Parshuram's birth and early life. Parshuram was born to a Brahmin father, Jamadagni, and a Kshatriya mother, Renuka. He was raised in a strict Brahminical tradition, and he learned to fight with the weapons of his time. When Parshuram was still a young man, his father was killed by a Kshatriya king, Kartavirya Arjuna. Parshuram vowed to avenge his father's death, and he went on a rampage, killing all of the Kshatriyas in the world. After killing all of the Kshatriyas, Parshuram retired to the forest, where he lived as a hermit. He eventually attained moksha, or liberation from the cycle of birth and death. The book ends with a discussion of Parshuram's legacy. He is considered to be one of the greatest warriors in Hindu mythology, and he is also revered as a sage and a teacher. परशुधारी परशुराम is a well-written and informative book about the life of Parshuram. It is a valuable addition to any library of Hindu mythology.
